Sielke is a Research Associate.

Her experience includes senior executive level appointments globally across Higher Education and Arts, Culture sectors.

She holds a BA and a MA in Political Science and International Relations from Roma Tre University and a PhD in International History from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Sielke was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for History, Leiden University.

Sielke is fluent in English, Italian, and Romanian and she speaks conversational French.
