Ryann is a Research Associate for the Social Impact and Environment Practice at Perrett Laver. 

She holds a BA in International Studies and Sociology from Johns Hopkins University where her research focused on the imperative place civil society organizations have in maintaining democracy. 

Ryann joins Perrett Laver with executive search experience for mission-driven organizations in East Africa and globally. She has worked in various non-profits in the United States including at the International Crisis Group and Search for Common Ground and speaks Mandarin.
