Richard is a Partner.

His experience of senior level executive search includes the appointment of leaders across the education and not-for-profit sectors, from Vice-Chancellors to School Principals and CEOs of major philanthropic organisations.

Richard holds a BA, MA, and PhD in Social and Political Thought from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, he held teaching positions across the UK and Australia, including at University College London and Macquarie University, as well as serving as Editor-in-Chief of an academic peer-reviewed journal.
