Omar is a Consultant in Perrett Laver's Sport Practice. His senior level executive search experience covers a range of executive and non-executive leadership appointments at a number of organisations, such as the Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), British Hoseracing Authority (BHA), Royal Yachting Association (RYA), and the Lord's Taverners. He has also worked on a range of appointments for first class and recreational cricket boards and foundations across the country, as well as several other sports charities.

Omar holds an LLB in Law from Sussex University, and an MSc in Criminal Justice Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Omar worked in Public Affairs and Public Relations, holding senior positions in several national organisations.
