Norbert is a Research Associate at Perrett Laver.

He holds a BFA in Fine Art from ArtEZ University of the Arts, a MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from KU Leuven and a MEd in Social Sciences and Citizenship from the same university. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Norbert worked as Delegations and Missions Coordinator at the International Office of KU Leuven. His experience at Perrett Laver includes Executive and Senior Academic and Administrative appointments in the sectors of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Social Impact and Environment and Arts and Culture.

He is interested in the transformative power of art, the interplay of art and society, multi-voiced authorship, intersectionality and social marginalization.

Norbert is fluent in Dutch and English and speaks conversational French and German.
