Natasha is a Project Manager in the Arts and Culture team.

She is charged with providing support and advice to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process, upholding the highest quality of care and delivery at all times.

She has a BA in 3D Design and New Practice from Loughborough University and a CIPD Level 5, previously having worked in the HR sector and before Covid on board cruise ships in art galleries and the Loyalty & Cruise Sales teams.
Her other work within the arts and culture sector includes clients such as the Glyndebourne, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, IWM and Sunderland City Council.
