Max is a Senior Research Associate in the Boards practice.

He works on governance appointments across all of Perrett Laver's sectors including Higher Education and the Governance Apprenticeship Programme, Charities, Arts and Culture, and Sports, helping to identify diverse talent in the pursuit of more inclusive governance teams and practices.

Max holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, he gained international experience in education working across public and private sectors in China, most recently having taught at Sichuan University in the Foreign Languages department. He speaks Mandarin in addition to English.
