Margaret is a Research Associate at Perrett Laver in Vancouver.

Her level of senior level executive search includes Senior Academic and Administrative appointments in higher education and research globally, with a particular focus on the Canadian market.

Margaret holds a BA (honours) in Political Science from Trinity College, University of Toronto, and is currently completing her MA in Higher Education and Educational Policy at the University of Toronto. Margaret’s academic interests broadly surround access, equity, and labour in higher education.

Margaret has held research positions for various funded projects at the University of Toronto, most notably in student affairs and academic resilience. She also brings government experience, conducting policy research for the social services division at the City of Toronto.
