Madeleine is a Senior Research Associate.

Beginning her time at PL at the Global Non-Profits and Social Impact Practice in the London office, her experience in senior level executive search includes C-Suite, Director level, and Board roles for organisations like ECPAT International, UK for UNHCR, FMO,  and the European Climate Foundation.

Madeleine holds an MA (Hons) in English Literature and History from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Human Rights from University College London, where her dissertation research focused on structural inequality within peace agreement negotiations.
