Luke (they/them) is a Senior Research Associate in the Board Practice having previously worked within the Global Higher Education Practice. They work on governance appointments across all of Perrett Laver's sectors including Higher Education and the Governance Apprenticeship Programme, Charities, Arts and Culture, and Sports, helping to identify diverse talent in the pursuit of more inclusive governance teams and practices.

Luke holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Research Methods and a BA (Hons) in French, both awarded by the University of Southampton.
