Lucy is a Project Manager at Perrett Laver.

She is charged with providing support to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process, upholding the highest quality of care and delivery at all times.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and a master’s degree in Visual Anthropology, both from the University of Manchester. Before joining Perrett Laver, she worked in the social impact sector delivering grant funded projects across a number of community-led initiatives in the north west of England. She also ran her own social enterprise, delivering cultural events in hard-to-reach communities on board a double decker bus.
