Kimberley is a Global Partner, and Head of Research for our UK Higher Education, Research Technology & Innovation, Arts, Board and Sports Practices. She has more than twenty five years' experience in executive search, working in a broad variety of industries in the public and private sectors. Conducting research on a global scale, she has been involved in appointing senior leaders into multiple functions, including HR, sales and marketing, communications, operations, IT, finance and general management.

Kimberley joined Perrett Laver from Odgers Berndtson where she worked in the Higher Education practice as a Principal Researcher. In this role she gained extensive experience on senior level executive and non-executive appointments, in both academic and professional services positions, for clients in the higher education and commercial education sectors.

She has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
