Kathryn is a Research Associate at Perrett Laver, specializing in the domains of Social Impact and Environment. 

Kathryn holds an MA in Human Rights Law from University College London and a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from St. Olaf College. Her research publications are centered on social and economic rights in conflict-affected contexts, as well as the promotion of equity within the framework of international human rights law.

Before joining Perrett Laver, she worked as a Human Rights Researcher in Palestine, addressing corporate violations of international law. She also served as a civil rights paralegal, handling cases involving police brutality, wrongful convictions, and racial discrimination.

Kathryn's career has included advocating for immigrant survivors of gender-based violence at the Tahirih Justice Center and collaborating with non-profits in India and Northern Ireland to promote education and reconciliation in divided communities.
