Karina is a Research Associate in the Social Impact and Environment, Global Higher Education, and Research Leadership practices.

Karina holds an MA in International Relations: EU Studies from Leiden University. Her academic interests lie within the theme of identity and political representation in transnational system. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Karina worked as tutor in International Studies and junior lecturer in Political Science at Leiden University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Karina speaks Indonesian, French, and English, and is conversational in Dutch.
