Jovana is a Consultant within the Higher Education, Research Technology and Innovation, and the Arts and Culture sector practices. Currently based in the London office, she spent three years working in our Amsterdam office. Her experience in senior-level executive search includes Chief Executive, Senior Academic and Administrative appointments globally. She has supported leadership appointments at, among others, Tecnológico de Monterrey (Tec), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HEC Paris, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Leiden University, Utrecht University, University of Amsterdam and University of Vienna.

Her experience includes working on senior leadership and chair-level appointments within global higher education and other research-intensive institutions in over fifteen countries and in various disciplines: including computer and data sciences, natural sciences and engineering. Jovana’s executive search portfolio includes chair and professorial appointments worldwide and includes appointments at the New York University Abu Dhabi, KAUST, NEOM, TU Delft, Radboud University, NWO, TNO and Open University, among many others.

Jovana has also supported cultural organizations and foundations such as the IKEA Foundation, the Dan David Prize, The Van Gogh Museum, Glyndebourne and Japan House London.

Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Jovana worked in sales and marketing for Shaw Contract. Jovana speaks fluent Serbian, English and Russian and conversational Danish, Italian and Spanish.
