Jehivian is a Senior Research Associate at Perrett Laver.

His experience in executive search includes Higher Education and Global Non-profit Research, with a particular focus on the Canadian and American markets.

Jehivian holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico. An MSc in Latin American Politics and a second MSc in Public Policy, both from University College London (UK). Prior to joining Perrett Laver, he worked as a Field Organizer for Alianza for Progress, a Regional Organizing Coordinator at Swing Left, and a Policy & Research Fellow at the Florida House of Representatives.
