Isabela is a Senior Research Associate in the Social Impact and Environment practice and a member of our Corporate Social Responsibility team.

Her experience of senior level executive search includes Chief Executive, Board, and senior appointments internationally and domestically for organisations such as Christian Aid, BBC Media Action, Plan International, Amna, WaterAid, and Frontline AIDS.

Isabela holds an MA in Terrorism, Security, and Society and a BA in War Studies and History, both from King's College London.
