Ilona is a Consultant.

Her experience of senior level executive search includes Board, Senior Academic and Administrative appointments globally in higher education, research, and non-profit.

Ilona holds an MA in English from the University of Cambridge and an MSc with distinction in Medical Humanities from King’s College London. Prior to joining Perrett Laver she worked as a Secondary School English Teacher.
