Grace is a Senior Research Associate in the Sports practice.

She holds a BA in Classical Studies from the University of Bristol and an MSc in HRM and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London. Her master’s research explored the work experiences of junior doctors during COVID-19 and its implications for the phenomenon of burnout.

Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Grace spent two years living and working in Australia across a wide range of manual and administrative jobs in the public and private sectors.
