Frances is a Consultant in the Global Schools and Educational Organisations Practice at Perrett Laver.

She leads on Perrett Laver’s work with academies and school trusts. She has expertise in advising school trusts on a range of appointments including CEO, central team, headships and board appointments.

Frances is also a member of both the EDI Committee and the LGBTQ+ Employee Network at Perrett Laver.

She holds both a BA (Hons) and an MA in History of Art from The Courtauld Institute of Art.
