Emily is a Senior Project Manager in the Schools and Educational Organisations practice.

She is responsible for providing support to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process, always ensuring the highest quality of care and delivery at all times.

Prior to joining Perrett Laver, she worked at the Metropolitan Police Service for over 3 years as a Project and People Operations Manager.

She holds a degree in Social Policy and Crime from the University of Leeds.
