Clara is Principal Researcher & Head of Research, Social Impact and Environment Practice.

Her experience of senior level executive search includes Chief Executive, Board and senior appointments internationally and domestically in for organisations such as the African Women's Development Fund, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the International Planned Parenthood Federation, Friends of the Earth and RSPB. She was also a Member of the Executive Search Advisory Group for Getting on Board’s ‘How to diversify your charity's board’ guide.

She holds a BA in History (International) from the University of Leeds, where she was the recipient of the Milne Dissertation Prize, and an MA in International Relations from the Universidad Torcuato di Tella. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Institutional Development Department at CIPPEC, an award-winning Argentine public policy think tank, contributed to the IV CELAC-EU Social Cohesion Forum and was a Trainee Policy Officer for the Americas Department at the European External Action Service.
