Claire is a Senior Research Associate at Perrett Laver.

Her senior level executive search experience focuses on Higher Education and Research Leadership across a range of higher education and research institutions.

Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Claire worked for 2into3, specialising in senior level executive search for mission driven organisations across the island of Ireland.

Claire holds a BA in Sociology and Germanic Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Her research focused on the parental experience of raising a child who is transgender in Ireland. Claire also developed her German language skills, spending time in Vienna to improve these.
