Richard is a Consultant.

His experience of senior level executive search includes Senior Academic, Administrative, Chair and Professorial appointments globally in higher education and research.

Richard holds a BA, MA, and PhD in Social and Political Thought from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, he held various teaching positions at Sussex, UCL, and Macquarie University.
