Research Associate

Brooke is a Research Associate in the Arts and Culture Practice. 

Prior to working in Perrett Laver, Brooke worked as a curatorial assistant for Historic New England and visitor services for the Palace of Holyroodhouse. 

Brooke holds a MSc in History from the University of Glasgow and a BA in English and History from Hillsdale College. Her academic research concerned the interactions between religion, gender and iconography during the reign of Henry VIII. More particularly, she focused upon the relationship between biblical imagery and masculinity in order to explicate Henry VIII’s theology of obedience.
