Ben is a Consultant at Perrett Laver.

His experience of senior level executive search includes Senior Academic and Administrative appointments in higher education and research globally, with a particular focus on the Canadian market.

Ben holds a BA (Hons) in History from Trinity College, University of Toronto and is currently completing his MA in Higher Education at the University of Toronto. Ben's academic interests centre on institutional theory and organizational behaviour more broadly. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Ben worked as an advancement associate at a top Canadian independent school.
