Anoushka is a Principal Project Manager.

She is charged with handling senior level appointments within the Global Non-Profit and Social Impact Practice, providing support and advice to clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the executive search process and ensuring the highest quality of care and delivery at all times.

Anoushka holds a first class BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) and European Studies from the University of Bath, during which she spent a year abroad working in France and Spain. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Anoushka worked at a Learning and Development Consultancy, which specialises in Executive Coaching, Team and Leadership Development.

Anoushka speaks both French and Spanish.
