Katie is a Consultant.

Her experience in senior level executive search includes leading UK independent schools, free schools and international schools.

Katie holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Cardiff.  Prior to joining Perrett Laver she worked at Wycombe Abbey as Development Manager and then as Executive Assistant to the Headmistress.
