World Vision India is looking for a committed, passionate, professional, & a visionary to lead its work among the most vulnerable children in poverty situations in India.

We are looking for an outstanding Indian resident citizen, , to work closely with the Indian Board and World Vision International to address the issues of poverty affecting children in India. The successful candidate will have at least ten years of experience of operating in a large or significant sized organisation at a strategic leadership level and a total work experience of 25-30 years. In addition, s/he will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the current socio-political, economic, religious and cultural issues facing India as it applies to poverty and development. The candidates’ ability to incarnate Christian values into both personal life and leadership, be an inspiration and model to others is essential. Exposure to global and cross cultural contexts with a strong grasp of business development, marketing and financial management concepts and principles as they apply to the humanitarian sector would be a major asset.
