Professor Andy Long will become the new Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) of the University of Nottingham, from 1 July 2018.
As DVC Professor Long will lead operational planning and academic resources across the University and support the Vice-Chancellor in providing strategic leadership for the University.
He will line manage the five Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellors and work with the Provosts of the University’s China and Malaysia campuses to ensure a joined-up approach to the University of Nottingham's global operations.
