Perrett Laver appoints three new Partners


Leading international executive search firm, Perrett Laver, has announced three new partners – as the business invests in its global talent.

Dedicated to supporting the appointment of leaders in purpose-driven organisations set to change the world, Perrett Laver has promoted three expert leaders to the Partnership. The new Partners are:

Siobhan Doherty, Partner, Global Development and Rights Lead, International Organisations Lead & Africa Lead โ€“ during her significant tenure of 10 years with the firm andwith a focus on global development and human rights, Siobhan has worked with social impact organisations across the globe. She brings a particular passion for rights-based organisations and has developed Perrett Laver’s footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa as well as being the co-chair of Perrett Laverโ€™s Net Zero taskforce.

Michelle Scanlon, Partner, Ireland โ€“ since joining Perrett Laver in 2013, Michelle has worked in several of Perrett Laverโ€™s global offices including London, Chicago and Hong Kong. She has served clients across the firmโ€™s core practice groups and previously lead the firmโ€™s project management function. Michelle returned to Ireland in 2017 to open Perrett Laverโ€™s Dublin office and works with organisations from a range of sectors on the appointments of senior leaders in Ireland and across Europe.

Kimberley Tiley, Partner, Global Research, London โ€“ as Perrett Laverโ€™s first researcher partner, Kimberley is responsible for co-ordinating the efforts of our global research team which encompasses over 60 individuals.  She will forge this role and lead on training, development, best practice, culture and quality across all regions.  Kimberley brings 25 yearsโ€™ experience in executive search in a variety of sectors, both public and private. Her passion for research and commitment to the team further strengthens her profile within the partnership.

The appointment of the new Partners coincides with an impressive first half performance with Perrett Laver continuing to expand the business in areas such as Climate, Environment and Conservation, Sport and Higher Education.
