Chatham House appoints new director and chief executive
The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) is delighted to announce that its new director and chief executive will be Bronwen Maddox, who joins from the Institute for Government. Bronwen Maddox has been the director of the Institute for Government, an independent think tank based in London promoting better government, since September 2016.

Sustainable seafood standards group the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Americas has appointed Erika Feller as regional director of the Americas. Feller, based in Washington DC, joins from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, where she oversaw ocean and coastal conservation efforts.

Charlottesville, VA — The Center for Open Science (COS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Cuevas Shaw as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, effective July 19, 2021. Cuevas Shaw brings key competencies to COS with experience accumulated over leadership roles intersecting scholarly publishing and technology. As COO and Managing Director, she will oversee the execution of COS’s overall organizational strategy while advancing operational systems and policies.
