Delivering on Diversity, Sport England
In order to address the lack of diversity on sports boards across the UK, Perrett Laver were engaged by Sport England in March 2019 on a two year pilot to identify 140 “board-ready” diverse candidates by 2020, offering them development and exposure to sector wide opportunities, and supporting the sports bodies Sport England fund with their recruitment strategies.
Alongside a consortium of partners, Perrett Laver are supporting all candidates in the growing network by providing workshops and webinars, networking, interview and deployment support.
