As we continue to grow we seek colleagues who share our commitment to those sectors and want to help them succeed through ensuring they are led by the most impactful, effective leaders.
You do not need to come from an executive search background. We have colleagues from organisations like those we support, alongside those with experience in professional services, consultancy, communications and project delivery. What we ask is a passion for the sectors we serve – be it Climate, Sustainability and Conservation, Higher Education, Education, Research, Science and Innovation – and the desire and ability to be a part of what we do.

We are an employee owned, values-led company with 15 (soon to be 17) offices worldwide and a diverse team of around 140 employees. We are ranked in the top 3 of global search firms that are focused on ‘purpose-driven’ sectors and themes.
We advise educational, research, healthcare, philanthropic, non-profit and cultural organisations in world-class appointments. We have deep passion for the outcomes and impact that our sectors deliver in society, with strong internal commitments to diversity, mental health, social mobility, education and justice. We work with institutions to assist them in improving the calibre, diversity, international nature and success of their senior appointments.

Our starting salaries are competitive, regularly benchmarked, and remuneration consists of a base salary and performance-related bonus (we are not driven by commission). Perrett Laver is based in One Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms. Our brand-new offices have been designed to support a culture of communication, creativity and collaboration with sustainability and employee wellbeing at the fore, including separate spaces dedicated to collaboration, socialisation and networking.
Perrett Laver has an Agile Working Policy and allows for a combination of office and home working.
