The University Court is now looking to appoint an exceptional individual as Principal and Vice-Chancellor to lead the strategic and operational management and academic development of the University to achieve its vision and goals, delivering an optimal student experience, academic research, and ensuring that the University is a great place to work.

The successful candidate will bring: significant leadership experience of a large, complex organisation; first class communication and listening skills; the ability to engage staff, students and stakeholders; and a genuine commitment to students, widening access and reducing inequalities.
