As Global Senior Partner, Sinead is responsible for the long-term strategic development of Perrett Laver alongside the acceleration of its commercial growth.
During her ten years at Perrett Laver, she established and led the firm’s operations in Amsterdam and Dublin, while continuing to grow Perrett Laver’s Research, Technology and Innovation, and Higher Education practices across Europe. Sinead’s experience at Perrett Laver includes advising on senior executive and non-executive appointments for universities, public and privately funded research institutes, as well as research-oriented charities and non-profits.
Sinead holds an honours degree in Natural Science from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in Neuroscience from University College Cork.

Michelle works in Perrett Laver's Dublin office. She is a Partner, former Head of the Project Management team and has worked across a number of Perrett Laver's global Offices including London, Chicago and Hong Kong. Fiona is a Senior Research Associate at Perrett Laver.
Her senior level executive search experience focuses on Higher Education and Research Leadership across a range of higher education and research institutions.
Fiona holds a PhD in Irish Studies from University College Dublin. Prior to joining Perrett Laver, she was a lecturer in Irish Studies and Modern Irish in University College Dublin. She was also a research assistant for the European Research Council funded project 'Youth Engagement in European Language Preservation'. Her research focused on the Irish language aspect of this project.

RCSI is also the national centre for surgical training and standards in Ireland. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our current Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Professor Hannah McGee, has indicated her intention to stand down in 2024. We are now seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to join RCSI’s Senior Management Team. As RCSI’s chief academic officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic academic leadership and be responsible for all academic-related affairs, including the academic life, wellbeing and career supports for the undergraduate and postgraduate Medical and Health Sciences student population.
This is a significant time of opportunity and growth for RCSI and is an exciting time to join the university as we embark on the delivery of our new five-year strategy which will focus on enabling further growth and innovation.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional individual who can bring strategic vision and leadership to the university. The ideal candidate for the post will be an eminent academic with proven strategic capability and have a thorough knowledge of the major issues impacting the sector. They will be at full professorial level and will have an extensive record of scholarly achievement in their field of research and bring personal authority to the post with a successful track record of leadership in a major academic institution.
