Our Board of Director practice is diverse in terms of the range of organisations that we serve, and in terms of the kind of candidates whom we are able to attract. We have experience of finding Chairs for a variety of organisations, NEDs for private corporations, trustees for charities and governors for universities and schools.

Governance is continuing to evolve rapidly and non-executive Directors with a wide range of organisational, managerial and global experience are hugely in demand. Through our work at the very highest levels with governments, civil society institutions, major corporations and public bodies, we bring a very distinctive and highly contemporary focus to our work advising on Board succession.
With one of the most distributed client lists amongst our peers, covering the Global South, China, Greater Asia and the Middle East alongside western markets, our reach for the new generation of Board Directors is unparalleled.

The publication of Lord Davies' report, 'Women on Boards' in February 2011 continues to shine the spotlight on the need for private companies and public organisations to build appropriately balanced governing boards. We have a strong track record in identifying candidates for board appointments from across the various strands of diversity.
