Libby is a Partner at Perrett Laver, with leadership responsibilities across the Global Higher Education Practice. Libby has extensive experience of working with senior leaders in higher education for the past 15+ years, across a range of countries, including numerous Vice-Chancellor appointments in the last 3 years in Australia and the UK. Libby has also helped to establish and build the Schools and not-for-profit practices in Sydney through a number of Principal and CEO roles.

Prior to joining Perrett Laver, Libby was Chief Executive of University Alliance for five years and Deputy CEO of the Russell Group before that, working closely with the UK Government. Libby has worked as an Independent Advisor to the UK Parliamentary Select Committee on Education, helped established the UKs only think tank in HE (HEPI) as well as working in a senior role for the UKs Higher Education Funding Council.

Libby studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Keble College, Oxford and is a visiting senior research fellow in higher education policy. She holds a number of non-executive advisory roles and is an invited Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
