As part of our commitment to support our clients in maximising their societal impact through appointing outstanding leaders, Perrett Laver undertakes a number of pro-bono and cost recovery assignments every year. The aim is to support organisations and sectors which would not traditionally have the resources to access executive search services.

We are also dedicated to minimising our environmental impact, through various initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of our business and our supply chain.

Perrett Laver colleagues are actively encouraged to share their skills via volunteering opportunities and are awarded a number of 'volunteer leave' days to donate their time. On average, six weeks of colleague time is volunteered every year across a range of volunteering projects. We also have a number of colleagues who sit on the Boards of a variety of educational and charitable organisations with on-going time commitments made outside of office hours. In addition, the firm also undertakes and supports fundraising activities for national and local charities through sponsorship and events.

We remain committed to developing and strengthening our corporate responsibility initiatives to ensure they are at the cutting edge of responsible business activities. In 2011, Perrett Laver became a member of Business in the Community to help support us in this goal. Put simply, Perrett Laver cares about helping to create a sustainable future.
