Emma has an extensive track record in higher education and not-for-profit search, developing partnerships with clients as diverse as RADA, Business in the Community and the Royal Society, and advising on numerous tier-one and other senior appointments. In the commercial sector she has worked broadly within media, business process outsourcing, logistics and finance. Emma is also responsible, as Chief Operating Officer, for managing the firm’s internal operations, including human resources and finance.

Emma holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge. She speaks fluent French, conversational Spanish and basic Japanese.
