Dan is one of Perrett Laver’s co-founders. He previously worked for many years as a senior partner within one of the largest global search groups, and also spent a year as Chief Operating Officer leading the recruitment, human resources and resource management functions of a client organisation. His areas of expertise in senior level executive search include CEO and Board-level appointments in retail, FMCG, financial services and higher education, and he has also been a speaker at the annual conference of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
Dan holds a first class honours degree and an MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development from the University of Cambridge. His interests include all team sports, especially Rugby Union, in which he gained a ‘blue' at Cambridge and in addition represented Oxbridge, Rosslyn Park and Surrey.
In 2008 Dan was named by BusinessWeek on its list of the 'World's 100 Most Influential Headhunters.'
