Zara has an extensive track record of senior level assignments with a number of partner clients within the retail and consumer goods arena. Her experience also extends to the higher education sector, where she has worked on the appointments of the Vice-Chancellors of the Universities of Plymouth and Northumbria. More recently, Zara has developed a profile in international development searches and has worked on several senior-level appointments at large and influential NGOs.

Zara holds a degree in Music from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining Perrett Laver she trained as a Commercial Marketing Executive with WH Smith. She is an accomplished musician and continues to perform with a number of orchestras.
